Milagro to host free soccer clinic with the Portland Thorns

If you like soccer, then you'll want to not only get your tickets now to see Guapa, but sign up today for our free Fancy Futbol Footwork event — a free soccer clinic for the whole family featuring players from the Portland Thorns FC, the Rose City’s new professional women’s soccer team!

Learn the moves to impress on the field with this bilingual footwork clinic at El Centro Milagro! Professional soccer players Luz Saucedo* and Marlene Sandoval* will offer a bilingual workshop to introduce and strengthen footwork skills such as juggling and ball control. Saucedo and Sandoval — who have both played for the Mexican National Team — will share both drills to practice and tricks to try in order to play like a pro (and sign autographs, too!). All ages and skill levels welcome.

Futbolistas profesionales Luz Saucedo* y Marlene Sandoval* presentarán un taller bilingüe para presentar y fortalecer la técnica de pie, como juegos malabares con la pelota y dominio sobre el balón.

Saucedo y Sandoval – quienes han jugado con el equipo nacional de México – compartirán ejercicios para practicar y trucos para que pueda jugar como todo un profesional (¡y firmarán autógrafos también!). Todas las edades y niveles de habilidad son bienvenidos.
