July at Milagro is off and running with our first community class -- salsa making! -- led by Dañel Malán with special guest chef, pictured here, Carlo Vicenttin of La Bamba restaurant. Each group of salsa-makers had a special ingredient to include and, trust us, those salsas were tasty!
